We source our food as passionately as we cook it.

José Mota, our fisherman, produces unique small batches of quality dry fish. As you can see here, a small quantity of fish is maturing in salt and hanging on an old reclaimed boat in José’s back yard. Who would ever guess José’s produce would be enjoyed in London's high streets!

We source our ingredients from Portugal, British farms and local markets. Occasionally, we travel further afield for a particular ingredient, because we believe some ingredients are worth travelling for.
